Ethan Schultz further enhances the firm's renewable energy M&A capabilities around the world.

WASHINGTON and HOUSTON, April 25, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Latham & Watkins LLP¹ is pleased to announce that Ethan Schultz has joined the firm's Washington, D.C. and Houston offices as a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and the Energy & Infrastructure Industry Group, and as a member of the Corporate Department. Schultz represents clients in acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, financings, and other transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Schultz regularly advises private equity firms and infrastructure funds, as well as US and global strategic investors, in transactions across a wide range of infrastructure asset classes, with a focus on renewable energy, including solar, wind, hydro, and renewable fuels.

Schultz received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his BA from Rice University. He joins Latham from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Washington, D.C. and Houston.
