Latitude 360 Announces Change of Auditors to Marcum LLP

NEW YORK, June 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Latitude 360 (OTCQB: LATX) (http://www.latitude360.com), an award-winning, multi-platform entertainment eatery featuring premier upscale casual dining and state-of-the-art entertainment offerings, today announced that it has engaged Marcum LLP as the Company's new independent auditing firm effective May 26, 2015. "We are pleased to announce Marcum as our Auditor. Their support and experience will be an asset as we enter our next phase of expansion," said Chief Financial Officer Alan Greenstein. The appointment of Marcum LLP was approved by the Company's Audit Committee.
