Latitude Solutions, Inc. Appoints V. Ray Harlow as Chief Operating Officer

BOCA RATON, Fla., Aug. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Latitude Solutions, Inc. ("LSI" or the "Company"), trading symbol OTC: LATI, announced today that V. Ray Harlow, who has served as Latitude Energy Services, LLC's CEO, has been named as Chief Operating Officer of Latitude Solutions, Inc.
