Lectures: Defending Orders of Protection and Protecting Assets in High Net Worth Divorces

CHICAGO, Aug. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The next session of the Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series hosted by the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd. will be held Wednesday, August 20th at 6:30 p.m. at 19 S. La Salle Street, Chicago.  The lectures will provide essential information on techniques for defending against Domestic Violence Orders of Protection as well as strategies for representing clients in high-asset divorce litigation.

Matrimonial attorney James Hagler, named a Chicago Best Lawyer, and veteran trial attorney Arthur S. Kallow will present on Defending Orders of Protection and advising clients in such critical litigation.  In addition, divorce attorney Michael Ochoa, winner of the Best International Custody Lawyer Award, will deliver a lecture providing valuable insights on representing Clients in High-Asset Matrimonial Cases.

Attorney Jeffery M. Leving will moderate the evening's event. The series is named for Art Kallow, an award-winning attorney who has been recognized for his valuable contribution to the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County.
