Experienced employment litigator brings plaintiff-side advocacy, trial experience and a multifaceted litigation background to the firm's growing New Jersey practice.

Goldstein brings a diverse litigation background spanning plaintiff-side employment law, criminal defense, complex commercial litigation and in-house legal counsel. His experience across multiple areas of practice provides a broad perspective that will support Lawyers for Justice's continued advocacy on behalf of workers in New Jersey and nationwide.

Prior to joining Lawyers for Justice, P.C.^®, Goldstein spent more than six years litigating employment matters at a boutique plaintiff-side employment law firm, representing employees and developing substantial experience in workplace disputes. He has first-chaired jury and bench trials and has appeared in numerous hearings throughout his litigation career.

Goldstein's background also includes serving as a criminal defense attorney at one of the nation's leading public defender offices and as a litigation associate at an elite international law firm. Together, those roles provided experience across high-stakes courtroom advocacy, complex litigation and sophisticated legal matters.

Goldstein also served as in-house counsel for an early artificial intelligence company during a period of significant growth and through a major acquisition in 2019. In that role, he advised on a wide range of legal and business matters, including employment-related issues. The experience provided him with firsthand insight into how growing companies operate, assess risk and approach legal decision-making.
