At this year's AGM, shareholders approved all of the resolutions proposed in the AGM notice, including the adoption of the 2009 annual report and re-election of class III directors, Xiaofeng Peng, Louis T. Hsieh and Dr. Junwu Liang. With the expiration of Gang Wang's term as a non-executive director, the total number of members of the board of directors is now seven. KPMG was reappointed as the Company's outside auditors for the fiscal year 2010.
