International Hotel Group Selects Industry Veteran To Oversee Front Desk Operations
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Viceroy Hotel Group is pleased to announce Jami Kraus as the Director of Front Office at Le Meridien Delfina Santa Monica. Ms. Kraus, who has years of experience working with front desk operations for successful luxury hotels, is responsible for overseeing all front of house operations, training and managing front office managers and ensuring all front office systems comply with corporate policies and procedures.
In her role as Director of Front Office, Ms. Kraus plans to utilize her background in human resources, training, and staff facilitation to ensure a seamless transition into her new role to create unique guest experiences and help unlock the destination of Santa Monica. In addition to overseeing all front desk operations, Ms. Kraus will ensure accurate occupancy forecasting, budgeting and productivity for the hotel.
Ms. Kraus most recently served as the Director of Front Office for Omni Severin in Indianapolis, IN and the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, AZ. She has previously held similar roles at The London West Hollywood and The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles, CA. Ms. Kraus began her career at Hyatt Hotel & Resorts in Los Angeles, CA.
