JOC facilitates competitively awarded, task-order based contracts that reduce or eliminate traditional construction bidding processes, while encouraging and supporting business diversity and inclusivity programs. Simplebid™ is a rapid procurement platform designed for JOC that caters to individual client needs and local statues, optimizing teamwork between facility owners and contractors. Through this new partnership with Sourcewell, FOS will continue to help public agencies across the United States save time and money through JOC and indefinite quantity construction (IQC) services by streamlining JOC software, cost data, and procurement support services while leveraging the purchasing power of over 50,000 member agencies.
