The new Fuji-Sotex site, though, is offering a brand new way for businesses and factories to do their research – through an online portal packed with photos, answers, and multi-media options that help companies get into the buying phase faster.
"We redesigned the site to make it easier for our customers to get a feel for our complete line. With each catalog entry, customers can take a look at a video of the machine in action, get the highlights, or request more information," said Jun Sota, Fujo-Sotex.
Customers can even download a full catalog for off-line browsing purposes should they wish to do so.
Intuitive Search Features
It's tough to shop when you don't know exactly what to get, though, so Fuji-Sotex created an intuitive search feature that allows customers not only to get a closer look at their products, but also to shop for them in an entirely new way.
"We added a feature that allows customers to shop by industries and applications or by the vacuum sealer model itself. We hope that will connect them with the right product," said Jun Sota, Fuji-Sotex.
In addition to the added search feature, customers can look at helpful blog posts as well as an Engineering and Technology section that helps distinguish among the various uses for the models on site.
