Matthew M. Clark, former General Counsel of Masonite International and Amana Refrigeration, has been tasked with managing the new office.

Mr. Clark brings 35 years of proven success as global business and e-commerce lawyer. His specialties include deal-making/negotiation and litigation management/dispute resolution. He graduated from the NYU School of Law and Stern Graduate School of Business, with an MBA in Finance with top honors. Before serving as General Counsel of Masonite, world's largest doormaker, Matthew served as General Counsel for Amana Refrigeration and Hitachi Home Electronics (America) and as Senior Transactions Counsel for GE Consumer & Industrial. He is a certified mediator, financial forensic expert, and six sigma black belt, who started his career as a litigator with the Paul Hastings law firm.
