Leading PreK-12 Teletherapy Provider Expands Executive Team with Two Key Appointments

Presence names Jess Compagnola chief financial officer and Anne Hogarty chief commercial officer

NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Presence, a leading solution for preK-12 remote evaluation and teletherapy services, including special education-related and mental health supports, today announced the appointments of Jess Compagnola as the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Anne Hogarty to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Both leaders will join the company's executive leadership team and play pivotal roles in driving innovation and growth.

Compagnola brings to Presence more than 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive with deep experience in technology-enabled clinical service industries. Most recently, he served as CFO for value-based healthcare platform Carrum Health, where he was responsible for spearheading strategic and corporate finance. He was previously CFO at digital healthcare services company Nomad Health. He began his career at PwC.

Compagnola has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor's degree from New York University's Stern School of Business. He is based in New York.

She began her career in finance with roles at Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Kaplan. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree from Harvard College. She is based in New York. 

In her new role, Hogarty will oversee all commercial functions, including clinical innovation, marketing, communications, service design and analytics. Her leadership will be central to delivering more value to school partners and families.
