Leading REIT Analyst Jeffrey S. Langbaum Joins WJB Capital Group

Langbaum has joined the firm as Director, Senior Analyst for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

Mr. Langbaum has extensive experience in the REIT research space, most recently as Vice President – REITs at Barclays Capital, where he focused on office and commercial mortgage REITs.  Prior to that, Mr. Langbaum was Vice President/Associate Research Analyst – REITs for Bear Stearns & Company where he was recruited to help build the REIT and real estate research practice.   Mr. Langbaum also served as an Associate Research Analyst for BTAlex.Brown Incorporated, working in both New York and Baltimore.

Mr. Langbaum earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park.
