Leatop Plaza Launches Global Promotion

GUANGZHOU, China, Oct.12, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Leatop Plaza, a new 303-metre high super Grade A office building in Zhujiang New Town, officially announced its global launch today. Leatop Plaza's Office Experience Center is an exhibition area that demonstrates the building's leading ecological concepts and centers on the 'living office' - a working environment that is efficient, dynamic and human-oriented. Being column-free in over 12-meter depth, the free-stretching floor spaces can be flexibly partitioned. Visitors can experience a 270 degree view of the urban landscape as well as the building's ergonomic, intelligent furniture and 'shadow-less' lighting.

With a covered area over 160,000sqm, Leatop Plaza has five floors underneath and 65 above ground. The building was designed by world-renowned architect Helmut Jahn and completed in cooperation with several global companies. As one of the greenest among Guangzhou's super-grade-A buildings, Leatop Plaza spared no efforts to incorporate its human-oriented philosophy into every detail of the building. Leatop Plaza is the first office building in Guangzhou to receive a LEED Gold Pre-certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
