LaValley. LaValley obtained her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, where she received a degree in physics with a minor degree in mathematics. She received her law degree from the George Washington University Law School. During law school, she served as the Executive Managing Editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Quarterly Journal. She is also a registered patent attorney.
