Leeds Equity Announces Promotions

NEW YORK, Jan. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Leeds Equity Partners, LLC ("Leeds Equity"), the foremost private equity firm investing exclusively in the Knowledge Industries, announced today the promotions of Eric Geveda and Christopher Mairs to Managing Director and Kevin Malone and David Neverson to Principal.

Promotions to Managing Director:

• Eric Geveda joined Leeds Equity in 2011 and over the last 7 years has worked with Leeds Equity's investments in, among other companies, BARBRI, CeriFi and Edcentric. Prior to Leeds Equity, Mr. Geveda worked at Arsenal Capital Partners, Lightyear Capital and Credit Suisse. Mr. Geveda graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics and earned an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
• Christopher Mairs joined Leeds Equity in 2008 and over the last 10 years has been involved with Leeds Equity's investments in Endeavor Schools, INTO University Partnerships, Project Management Academy, Prosci and Simplify Compliance and was previously involved with, among other companies, Nobel Learning and SeatonCorp. Prior to Leeds Equity, Mr. Mairs worked at Greenhill & Co. Mr. Mairs graduated with first class honors from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland with a B.Sc. in Mathematics.

Promotions to Principal:

• Kevin Malone joined Leeds Equity in 2010 and over the last 8 years has been involved with Leeds Equity's investments in, among other companies, BARBRI, Edcentric, Exterro and LRN. Prior to joining Leeds Equity, Mr. Malone worked at Harris Williams & Co. Mr. Malone graduated from the Olin Business School at Washington University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
• David Neverson joined Leeds Equity in 2011 and has over the last 7 years worked closely with Leeds Equity's investments in Campus Management and Fusion Education Group and was previously involved with Evanta, Ex Libris and Fulcrum Financial Data. Prior to Leeds Equity, Mr. Neverson worked at ICV Partners and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Neverson graduated magna cum laude from Morehouse College with a B.A. in Business Administration and earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
