PLANO, Texas, Jan. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- LegacyTexas Financial Group, Inc. (formerly known as ViewPoint Financial Group, Inc.) (NASDAQ: LTXB) (the "Company"), the holding company for LegacyTexas Bank, today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share. The cash dividend is payable on February 23, 2015, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 9, 2015.
