In order to be eligible for the new NFL settlement funding program, retired players must meet certain criteria. The former player must have received a diagnosis from a neurologist, a neuropsychologist, or a neuropsychiatrist for one of the following:

• Level 1.5 Neurocognitive Impairment
• Level 2 Neurocognitive Impairment
• Parkinson's
• Alzheimer's
• ALS - Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
• Death w/ CTE
