Major Money is no stranger to success when as a teenager his music industry career launched early on when he was signed by Scarface to a major record label deal to Interface Records. A successful producer, composer, and rapper, he is also a gifted musician playing 5 instruments including piano, acoustic guitar, electric guitar and bass. His all around multi talents and eye for production lead him to working with the Geto Boys, Big Mike, Mike Dean, and other Houston greats. His own recognition as a top talent in the industry was recognized with his work on "Resurrection" by the Geto Boys and "My Homies" by Scarface.
When asked about his thoughts regarding his new single, his title sponsorship role, and his view of HipHop in 2012, Major Money shared, "How can an idea become tangible? An idea becomes tangible only when you have the ability to sell it. Then it can grow and spread its effect on the world. Music is like an idea in that way. Not everyone can be young. Not everyone can be old. Not everyone can be a baller, but we all can experience NuMoney. I'm a rock star, and not the kind you put in your pocket."
