Campbell will focus on sales and implementation of remediation and renewable energy opportunities for Federal agencies.

Prior to joining RMT, Campbell served in the Air Force for 21 years, earning Associate Degrees in Construction Technology and Ecological Controls from the Community College of the Air Force. During his military career, he was engaged in construction management projects throughout Central and North America. Lemuel has also directed environmental projects for Kunsan Air Base in Korea, and served as a division manager for a national environmental consulting firm.
