Les Mills International Announces Unification Of Les Mills Midwest And Les Mills US
BALTIMORE, Jan. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Les Mills International today announced that they have signed an agreement to acquire the Les Mills Midwest agency from SCW Fitness Education, its previous distributor in 12 U.S. states including Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin.
Les Mills US, a wholly owned subsidiary of Les Mills International, will assume operations of Les Mills Midwest beginning Feb. 1, 2015. Sara Kooperman, CEO of SCW Fitness Education, stated, "I am thrilled that our Les Mills Midwest clients will remain in such good hands. We feel confident that Les Mills is positioned for a strong future."
