Fashion flagship store set to arrive in the fall of 2015

GATINEAU, QC, Dec. 13, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Les Promenades Gatineau announces the arrival of an 80,000-square-foot flagship Simons store in the fall of 2015, the first location of the Quebec fashion specialty retailer to open in the Greater Ottawa Area. The single level Simons store will anchor the centre of the mall with frontage on Maloney Boulevard, as part of an unprecedented $110 million modernization and redevelopment project. Extensive renovations will completely revitalize common areas, refresh the exterior landscaping, and introduce a new food court. The project will be executed in phases, with substantial completion expected in the Spring of 2016 .

Les Promenades Gatineau is proud and excited to welcome one of Canada's most influential fashion retailers, La Maison Simons. Lovers of fashion and home decor in the Greater Ottawa area will now be able to shop for the latest trends as early as fall of 2015. The new food court is anticipated to open by the end of 2014. It will provide customers with a superior culinary experience, featuring a new scullery service with signature dishware and cutlery.
