Leslie Leach Joins EASi as Vice President of Marketing

PLEASANTON, Calif., June 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Equity Administration Solutions, Inc. (EASi), the largest independent equity compensation Software-as-a-Service company, today announced that Leslie Leach has joined EASi as vice president of marketing.

Ms. Leach brings over 15 years of marketing and management experience to EASi. She most recently served as vice president of marketing for vCom Solutions, a provider of cloud-based software and services that help businesses manage complex telecom systems. Prior to vCom, she led marketing for the consulting arm of Armanino LLP, the largest independent accounting and business consulting firm in California. Earlier in her career, she was a brand manager at The Clorox Company.
