LexisNexis Risk Solutions Identity Verification and Authentication Now Available to Health Systems using Epic to Validate Users Accessing the MyChart® Patient Portal

ATLANTA, Sept. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- LexisNexis® Risk Solutions announced today that its identity authentication and verification solutions, InstantID® Q&A and Instant Verify, can now be integrated with the MyChart® patient portal. The integration offers Epic customers an easy-to-implement way to strengthen efforts to protect patient data.

Identities are validated in real-time, quickly giving the right individuals the right access to information and flagging those requiring additional validation on the spot. A layer of identity proofing solutions delivered through the use of sophisticated LexisNexis linking technology, LexID®, and an extensive consumer referential database make it possible.
