LG Helps Football Fans Dance For Charity At Inaugural 'Celebrity GAEMS Pro XP' Event

NEW YORK, Feb. 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- LG Electronics USA is collaborating with Hank Baskett's inaugural Celebrity GAEMS Pro XP Event, which brings athletes, celebrities and fans together for an afternoon of gaming with proceeds going to the Griffin Gives Foundation.

At today's event on the eve of the Big Game, Baskett's wife and reality TV star Kendra Wilkinson is hosting a dance-off with attending fans. As part of its sponsorship, LG is providing a 55-inch class (54.6-inches diagonal) LED HDTV for the lucky winner.

"We created this event as a way to bring athletes and fans together for a good cause," said Hank Baskett, former NFL wide receiver with the Minnesota Vikings, Philadelphia Eagles and Indianapolis Colts. The event is being held today at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Times Square. Proceeds will support the Griffin Gives Foundation, which is dedicated to the health and wellness of children.
