LifeNet Health and Salvin Dental Specialties Announce Partnership

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Salvin Dental Specialties, Inc. and LifeNet Health are pleased to announce they have signed an exclusive agreement  to advance LifeNet Health's OraGraft™ allograft products in the dental market.

The two companies have been in partnership since 1995. The new agreement builds on the existing relationship between these two companies, which provides LifeNet Health with Salvin Dental's strong, nationally recognized marketing and sales resources, while LifeNet Health's industry-leading reputation and quality allograft products offer a great bone grafting solution for Salvin Dental customers. LifeNet Health will continue to provide educational and research support to the dental community as well as continual support to its current clients through direct distribution.

Salvin Dental was founded in 1981 and is a global leader in the dental implant industry for bone grafting, instrumentation, and equipment. LifeNet Health, founded in 1982, is the country's largest, independent, non-profit, full-service tissue bank.

Under the agreement, Salvin Dental will act as the exclusive U.S. representative for the promotion of OraGraft™ allograft tissue products in the dental industry along with LifeNet Health. Salvin Dental will increase awareness in the dental industry about the availability of allograft products, which may be particularly beneficial for implant bone grafting and sinus lift procedures.

LifeNet Health is responsible for allograft procurement, processing, and distribution.
