LifeStreet Media Announces $66 Million Investment From Nautic Partners

SAN CARLOS, Calif., May 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- LifeStreet Media, whose RevJet technology platform maximizes revenue across digital user experiences, today announced that Nautic Partners has made a $66 million equity investment in the company. LifeStreet is a leader in global in-app advertising for Facebook, Apple (iOS) and Android developers. The terms of the investment provide for capital to fuel LifeStreet's growth in social and mobile display advertising and to facilitate liquidity for investors.
