BEIJING, Dec. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE: LITB) ("LightInTheBox" or the "Company"), a global online retail company that delivers products directly to consumers around the world, today announced that it has promoted Mr. Bin Shi to Chief Technology Officer and Mr. Hillman Huang to Senior Vice President, effective December 7, 2015.
As Chief Technology Officer, Mr.Shi will continue to manage and implement the Company's technology and research & development strategy. Mr.Shi joined the Company in 2009 as the Senior Vice President of Technology. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Shi was the Chief Architect of myspace.cn.
As a Senior Vice President, Mr. Huang will continue to oversee Mini LightInTheBox's business development and procurement strategy. Mr. Huang most recently served as the Company's Vice President. Prior to joining the Company in 2014, Mr. Huang worked with Decathlon (currently known as Oxylane Group) from 2007 to 2013, where he served as a purchasing director, office manager and general manager of its Wuhan unit, and general manager of its Guangzhou unit.
