Lightwave Logic to Co-Develop Advanced Electro-Optical Modulator with EM Photonics

Device to Incorporate Perkinamine Indigo™, Lightwave Logic's Advanced Organic Electro-Optical Polymer

NEWARK, Del., March 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Lightwave Logic, Inc. (OTCQB: LWLG), a technology company focused on the development of a Next Generation Non Linear Optical Polymer Materials Platform for applications in high speed fiber-optic data communications and optical computing, announced today that it has engaged EM Photonics, of Newark, Delaware, to develop an advanced telecom modulator. The two companies will collaborate on the project, with guidance from Dr. Fred Leonberger, Senior Technology Advisor to Lightwave Logic. EM Photonics is a Delaware-based photonic system design, engineering and device company founded by Dr. Dennis Prather of the University of Delaware.
