ATLANTA, Feb. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- After 15 years of success with exclusive All-Star weekend events, Jacob York Presents will partner with Headliner Market Group of the ever popular LIV on Sundays and Obie the Promoter to host the 2013 All-Star Weekend Party Headquarters in Houston, TX. Beginning on Friday, February 15 and running through Sunday, February 17, the All-Star Weekend Party Headquarters will electrify the city with special appearances by some of hip hop and R&B's biggest names including Lil Wayne, T.I., Chris Brown, Future, Trey Songz, Meek Mills and more.

For the past 62 years, the NBA All-Star event has grown to become one of most anticipated weekends in the nation. Some of the biggest names in sports, music and entertainment are known to frequent the yearly event.
