LOS ANGELES, July 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- LINE, the world's leading life platform, today released a new set of stickers - "LINE X UNICEF: Special Edition" as part of its global partnership with The United Nations Children's Fund.

The LINE X UNICEF: Special Edition stickers consist of 16 unique stickers featuring LINE Friends characters and it is part of the partnership's efforts to raise awareness and support to help the world's most vulnerable children. The funds from this activity will contribute to UNICEF's global programs to provide healthcare, immunization, clean water, nutrition, protection, education and emergency relief where it is most needed.  Announced back in February 2015, LINE and UNICEF agreed on a strategic partnership to help fundraise by developing and selling digital LINE stickers and character licensing. LINE also enables people to donate with its "Free Coins". These are virtual coins, which users can earn by watching a specific video or downloading an app.
