LANSING, Mich., Sept. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Liquid Web, Inc., a leading provider of professional web hosting and managed cloud services headquartered in Lansing, MI has just announced the hiring of executive Terry Flood as the company's new Chief Financial Officer. The company -- whose clients include Home Depot, FILA USA, The Boy Scouts of America, The United Way, and Disruptor Beam (Developer of Game of Thrones Online Games) -- has indicated that Flood will play an integral role in the plans for accelerated growth it has reported since receiving a significant investment from Madison Dearborn Partners and naming Jim Geiger as its new Chief Executive Officer in June of 2015.

"Our mandate for Liquid Web is accelerated growth," noted CEO, Geiger. "With a seasoned executive such as Flood now filling the role of CFO, we have the final organizational piece in place to aggressively pursue growth via the development and acquisition of cutting-edge technologies and services." He continued, "We're excited about the additional value these initiatives will add for our existing customers who have awarded us a best-in-class NPS (Net Promoter Score) average of 67 over the last year, on the strength of our Heroic Support."
Flood, most recently, worked as a principal for Simafore, an Ann Arbor, MI-based big data analytics consultancy. Liquid Web reports that Flood's technical background, in addition to his high-level executive experience, made him an attractive candidate. Prior to his role at Simafore, Flood filled the roles of CFO, COO, and, ultimately, CEO, over the span of his ten years spent with Logicalis -- a leading provider of global IT solutions and managed services, comprised of more than 750 professionals.
Along with this news, Liquid Web also reports that interim CFO, Jim Calandra, will remain with the company throughout the year, assisting with the transition and the company's accelerated initiatives.
