Edward Frysztacki, Senior Associate Vice President
Acting as Chief Estimator, Mr. Frysztacki has provided constructability reviews and estimates on a variety of projects for nearly all of LiRo's clients during his 22 years with the firm. He also acts as Project Controls Manager for LiRo's Construction Management division. Notable projects include Four New Marine Transfer Stations for the NYC Department of Sanitation; Pier A Renovation for the Battery Park City Authority; the Brooklyn Botanic Garden Visitor Center; and the Bronx Psychiatric Center for DASNY. Mr. Frysztacki is a Professional Engineer and Certified Cost Estimator.
David Hall, Senior Associate
Mr. Hall has Project Manager/ Resident Engineer on many of LiRo's largest construction management projects during his 24 year tenure with the firm. Representative projects include the Bronx Psychiatric Center for DASNY, Harlem Hospital for the NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation, Nassau County Community College for Nassau County DPW and the Queens College Kupferberg Center for CUNY. Most recently, Dave was a key player in LiRo's win of the SUNY Stony Brook MART Project, a $250M renovation of two towers at the university's medical facility.
Mark Swanson, Associate
With over 25 years of industry experience, and during his seven years with LiRo, Mr. Swanson has been associated with successful projects for a wide range of clients including the NYC Housing Authority, NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation and the Dormitory Authority of New York State. He was the Project Manager for the recently completed $80M Bernard Fineson Developmental Center for DASNY and is now the Project Manager for that Agency's $75M Bronx Adult Mental Health Faciliity. Mr. Swanson was recently featured in an article about the Bronx facility in US Builders Review magazine.
