Lisa Haisha's Legacy Series Premiere Launch Party
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Nov. 24, 2014 Hollywood got a lot more inspirational Thursday night as author, International Speaker and host Lisa Haisha celebrated the launch of her web series and podcast, The Legacy Series with Lisa Haisha at the Sofitel Hotel in Beverly Hills. The red carpet gala, MC'd by Tony Award-winning actor Ben Vereen, brought together entertainers, motivational speakers, celebrities, and healers to enjoy a Q&A between Haisha and celebrated radio host Lisa Garr. A dynamic cross section of guests included Larry Dunn of Earth Wind & Fire, actress Alexis Carra (Mixology), and composer Ralph Riekermann, who enjoyed live songs performed by entertainers interviewed in the series itself, including actresses Brianna Brown and Virginia Williams, and singer/songwriter Madeline Fuhrman.
The evening culminated with a donation of $20,000 from Haisha's Whispers from Children's Hearts Foundation to non-profit Kids in the Spotlight (KidsInTheSpotlight.org), which helps foster children build self-esteem through the process of filmmaking.

Based on her book of the same name, The WFCH foundation was born from her and her husband Lee Aronsohn's trip to Cambodia ten years ago to interview the founder of a safe house for abandoned and mistreated kids. This experience, coupled with Lisa's world travels to orphanages around the world, motivated them to help as many kids as possible and share that powerful experience with others.
