ListHub Surpasses 2012 Growth Rate with 36 New MLS Customers in 2013

MORGANTOWN, W.Va., Nov. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ListHub™, the leading distributor of property listings to U.S. and international publisher websites and provider of performance metrics in real estate, operated by Move, Inc., (NASDAQ: MOVE) announced the addition of 36 new service agreements with multiple listing service organizations (MLSs) in 2013 to provide a secure and accurate platform to give brokers control over their online marketing choices. This year's agreements bring the total number of ListHub-enabled data sources to 450, and top ListHub's 2012 performance in the first 10 months of this year.

Many of the MLSs that have joined the ListHub network this year, such as the Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS®, are introducing an MLS-connected option for listing distribution and reporting for their members for the first time.

Several MLSs had previously used alternate methods to support members' listing syndication, such as the Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS® (CCAR). After two years of managing syndication for their members independently, CCAR has returned to the ListHub network with a new agreement to provide listing syndication and metrics to their broker and agent members.
