"Live in Contemporary China" Explores the Country's Technological and Cultural Shifts Through a Series of Essays

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Author and businessman, Zhang Ziyi, debuts his inaugural book, "Live in Contemporary China," exploring what it's like to live in China through a series of essays detailing how the country has changed through the years.

The book starts off with an exploration of the country's technological shifts, including perspectives from the author as a successful businessman. The theme of the book is that in order for China to continue its progress, its people must pay attention to the right information from reputable sources, find balance between demands and supply during economic development, and examine their personal situations as they aim to achieve better lives. The essays dive into why it's worth investing time and effort on developing deep friendships, and places emphasis on abandoning the superficial to focus on self-cultivation, family governance, entrepreneurship, and national development.
