LiveReach Media Acquires European Digital Marketing Technology Services Leader NewFusion to Launch European Expansion

SUNNYVALE, Calif. and MECHELEN, Belgium, Nov. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Silicon Valley-based LiveReach Media, the leader in analytics for place understanding and advertising, announced it has reached an agreement to acquire a majority stake in NewFusion, based in Mechelen, Belgium. The companies plan to work together to establish and develop the European market for LiveReach Media's analytics and advertising platform for companies and organizations' place-based and Out-of-Home applications. LiveReach Media's platform delivers the power and insight of its real-time analytics to customers including airports, cinemas, retailers, pubs & bars, restaurants and other public venues.
