Living Proof Appoints Grace Ray Chief Executive Officer

NEW YORK, Sept. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Living Proof announced today the appointment of Grace Ray as Chief Executive Officer effective September 19.  Ms. Ray has served as Chief Marketing Officer since 2011 and succeeds Jill Beraud, who will be leaving the company.  

Ms. Ray has been instrumental in the company's tremendous growth and success over the past several years. Working closely with the entire Living Proof team, Ray delivered a portfolio of award-winning and game-changing products, increased the brand's awareness and leveraged co-owner Jennifer Aniston in powerful marketing campaigns to drive double-digit sales growth.

Ms. Ray has over seventeen years of experience working for world-class consumer goods and beauty companies such as L'Oreal, Nestle and Estee Lauder.  Prior to joining Living Proof, Ray served as VP of Global Marketing for Smashbox, helping build the brand into a globally respected cosmetics firm acquired by Estee Lauder in 2010.
