The deal was completed and announced today by the two companies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Within the next few months, LivingSocial deals will be available through Next Jump's loyalty and rewards programs -- currently in place with more than 90,000 networks such as MasterCard MarketPlace™ and Hilton HHonors® -- for a reach of more than 100 million eligible users. In addition to handpicked deals, customers will also have the opportunity to earn WOWPoints™ for each offer -- worth real money and redeemable on any of the thousands of items offered on NextJump's sites.
