Young has joined the Company as Senior Counsel. Mr. Young joins L&L from Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in Seattle.
At Davis Wright Tremaine, Mr. Young specialized in business transactions, equity and debt financing, and international business operations. In his legal practice, Mr. Young assisted clients in entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements as well as public securities matters and debt financing. Mr. Young earned his JD from the University of Washington School of Law and is licensed under the Washington State Bar Association. He also holds an MBA from the University of Florida Graduate School of Business, earned his BBA in Accounting from the University of Hawaii School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida. Mr. Young is a U.S. citizen and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
