L&L Energy Expands Advisory Board With Global Brand and Market Awareness Executive

SEATTLE, Aug., 22 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- L & L Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: LLEN) ("L&L" or the "Company"), a U.S. based vertically integrated coal mining company in China, announces that Mr. Robert Liu joins the Company's advisory board.  Mr. Liu brings to L&L many years of corporate and brand awareness experience, and will serve to augment the experience of L&L's management team and other advisory board members.

Robert Liu currently serves as Executive Vice President of Chef Kong's Instant Noodle (TingYi Holdings, a Hong Kong listed company (Ticker: SEHK 322)).  Robert has over 30 years of successful marketing and brand development experience and helped in establishing the brand name "Chef Kong" which is rated as the 2nd most valued brand in China (after Sony) by the research firm TNS Global Market Research. With his assistance, and as a result of its market awareness, the Company expanded significantly from US $2 billion in sales in 2006 to US $6 billion in 2010. Robert Liu graduated from Chin-Yun Technology University and attended the Program for Executive Development ("PED") in Swiss Lausanne International Institute for Management Development.
