loanDepot announces permanent Plano office location; plans to create up to 1,000 jobs

PLANO, Texas, June 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- loanDepot.com, LLC (loanDepot), an independent retail mortgage lender, has officially opened its co-headquarters office in Plano, Texas. The expansion to Texas helps support the tremendous growth loanDepot has experienced since commencing operations in January 2010 as one of the few post-crisis born independent national mortgage lenders. loanDepot anticipates adding up to 1,000 employees in Plano over the next three years.

The Plano location, which is at 5465 Legacy Drive, will serve as co-headquarters to the company's Foothill Ranch, Calif. office. Plano is the fourth location for loanDepot, which currently has more than 1,200 full-time employees in Plano, Texas, Foothill Ranch, Calif., Scottsdale, Ariz., and Brentwood, Tenn.
