London Tech Startup, Sh8pe Ltd, Preps Initial Public Offering

LONDON, March 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- London based technology startup, Sh8pe Limited, is proud to announce that the company has signed a letter of intent with Thorpe Beeston Investments Ltd, a UK based corporate advisory firm, and initiated the required legal and accounting work in conjunction with a planned listing on the London Stock Exchange.

Additionally, Certified Financial Analyst, Mr. Brian Connell, Senior Managing Director at Street Content has been retained by Sh8pe to draft the required prospectus to be submitted to the UK Listing Authority for approval. Mr. Connell has over 20 years of experience in the securities industry, as an equity analyst and portfolio manager, and as the founder and CEO of StreetFusion (acquired by CCBN, then by Thomson/Reuters), a software company serving the institutional investment community.

The Company anticipates the floatation on the London Stock Exchange to take between 6 to 9 months, with 9 months being on the outside of the time scale.

In recent months, Sh8pe Limited's core operations and digital footprint have grown at an impressive pace. While most of the Company's products and services are still in startup (beta) mode, it expects its core distributor base to grow to well over 100,000 within the next 12 months.
