Longstanding CherryRoad Client, Pennsylvania Treasury, Continues to Garner National Recognition for Award-Winning Transformation Project

CherryRoad, who implemented Oracle's PeopleSoft Financials and Oracle Fusion Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), is proud to have partnered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Treasury during its two-year innovation journey which replaced aging, unsupported mainframe systems. At the project's conclusion the Commonwealth transformed the way in which it serves its constituents, setting a new benchmark for other states to follow. The project, which has impacted the entire Commonwealth in a highly positive manner, consolidated more than 25 internal systems and numerous financial business processes, eliminated multiple individual systems, and standardized all interfaces to the Treasury. The original budget, slated at $42 million, was completed on time and $7 million under budget. The exceptional teamwork, collaboration, change management, and support between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, CherryRoad, and Oracle were the overarching, critical success factors.
