Phyllis Richman to Receive Seventeenth Annual Productive Aging Award and Joanne & Norman Goldstein to receive JCA Humanitarian Award
On May 10, 2010, the Jewish Council for the Aging will present its 17th Annual Productive Aging Award to Phyllis Richman, former Restaurant Critic for the Washington Post
When word spread that JCA was honoring Ms. Richman, chefs and restaurateurs joined business and association leaders in volunteering to make the evening an extra special one. Chefs Bryan Voltaggio, a Top Chef finalist and owner of Volt Restaurant in Frederick, famed chef Michel Richard of Citronelle in Washington, D.C. and Chef Cathal Armstrong of Restaurant Eve in Alexandria, Virginia will plan and supervise the evenings menu.
That evening we are also proud to be presenting Joanne and Norman Goldstein, both precious resources, with the JCA Humanitarian Award for their commitment and dedication to our community.
This year's Productive Aging Award Dinner will be held at the North Bethesda Marriott Hotel & Conference Center, North Bethesda, Maryland.
