LOS ANGELES, Aug. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Loton, Corp's (OTC: LIVX) LiveXLive subsidiary has entered into an agreement securing streaming rights for Outside Lands Festival. The partnership kicks off at this year's festival, taking place August 5-7, 2016 at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, CA.

LiveXLive, the premium live music streaming network, will be on the festival grounds to create and curate original branded content, including live-streamed concerts, DJ shows, artist interviews and other on-site lifestyle events.
