LOS ANGELES, May 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Loton, Corp's (OTC-PINK: LIVX) LiveXLive subsidiary has entered into a strategic marketing and distribution agreement with Complex, the most relevant online cultural discovery platform for millennials.

Complex and LiveXLive will distribute the digital broadcast of the main-stage performances including numerous multi-platinum acts such as Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, Ariana Grande, Maroon 5, Avicii, Fergie, Hollywood Vampires, Charlie Puth, among others. Additional components offered to viewers include highlight clips, video on demand access, and use of LiveXLive's exclusive behind the scenes content, which will be promoted across the entire Complex network with over 300 million video views each month.
