NEW YORK, Jan. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --- Lowenstein Sandler ranks second in the nation among all law firms for the number of Private Investments in Public Equity (PIPE) transactions it handled on behalf of placement agents in 2010, according to PlacementTracker.
