The Rollover Results Program™ introduces the Retirement Results Desk, a dedicated specialist group that educates plan participants, expedites rollovers and gives retirement plan-focused advisors powerful new options to grow and strengthen their businesses by serving more of their sponsor clients' separating employees. This effort is a part of a larger end-to-end worksite platform under development by LPL Financial.
The Retirement Results Desk helps separating employees understand and think through the options available for their 401k balances. When employees decide to start the rollover process, the Desk can open IRA accounts for them, assist with retirement account transfers, provide information on the rollover process and respond to the separating employees' concerns. Throughout the process, the Retirement Results Desk works alongside LPL Financial retirement plan advisors, actively aligning them with opportunities to serve more of their plan sponsor clients' separating employees.
Equally important, the Retirement Results Desk provides retirement plan advisors with new options to ensure effective service for each separating employee by facilitating partnerships with other skilled advisors within the LPL Financial network. Plan advisors enrolled in The Rollover Results Program™ can request a list of highly-qualified partnership candidates from the Desk's advisor-matching database, select an appropriate partner, and craft customized partnership agreements on a client-by-client basis.
At the same time, The Rollover Results Program™ aligns the needs of advisors and employers by providing advisors with a robust suite of tools and resources to promote the financial wellness and retirement readiness of retirement plan participants. These financial wellness resources include ready-made, customizable workshops that LPL Financial advisors can present to retirement plan participants, as well as online planning modules and more.
