On April 29, 2014, the company completed 1,000 days without an OSHA reportable incident. LTE employees celebrated the '1,000 day' milestone with a safety award wall plaque, along with food and commemorative tee-shirts.

Zero work-related injuries and illnesses for a consecutive 1,000 days is exceptional for environmental firms. According to the latest OSHA report, the average number of work related injuries per 120 employees for 1,000 days is as high as 11.17. The environmental industry requires a lot of time outdoors doing field work for construction, oil and gas, manufacturing and transportation clients. It takes an experienced collaborative team to complete multiple projects safely.
