Lucosky Brookman LLP Expanding To Woodbridge, NJ

ISELIN, N.J., July 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Lucosky Brookman LLP (www.lucbro.com), a leading corporate finance and securities law firm, announced today that it has signed a new five year lease and is planning the relocation of its Iselin, New Jersey office to 101 Wood Avenue South, Woodbridge, New Jersey 08830. The Firm's New Jersey office was previously located at 33 Wood Avenue South in Iselin, New Jersey. The move, which is expected to take place on October 1 after completion of the office construction, was initiated to accommodate the Firm's growing client base and advancing business needs.  The relocated New Jersey office will join the Firm's New York office located at 45 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, New York 10111 in servicing client matters.

Lucosky Brookman first opened its offices in January 2011 with three attorneys. Within 18 months, the Firm has grown to eight attorneys, supported by two staff members.  The Firm's Iselin office has approximately 1,600 square feet.  The new Woodbridge office, also known as the "Metro 101" building, will have approximately 5,500 square feet to enable the Firm to employ in excess of 20 attorneys and staff members comfortably.
